Sharyn Bovat was jailed 3 times and faced 19+ months in court appearances in the state of Tennessee.   

On February 1^st she was fined $50 = to a speeding ticket.

The same as Occupy Nashville protesters that were “freed from jail in a matter of minutes had in 24 hours had their records expunged.  

WHY were they not treated the “same” ?

 

Sharyn Bovat whistle blew that NISSAN was taking a DOE loan for to build a car that would FAIL.   NISSAN asked Congress for OVER 1 Billion dollars for a project w/ "Outdated" Technology.

A viewer of Sharyn Bovat's blog told her that NISSAN used an IDB bond for collateral for the DOE loan.  Sharyn Bovat was told by NISSAN executives that the company could NOT pay back the loan based on their operating margins.  Only 676 NISSAN Leaf EV's sold in January 2012.   How many jobs will America "really" get?

In 2009 after being told the NISSANEV was built to fail Sharyn asked this question: Why take taxpayer money for a car to fail?

In 2008 & 2009 Sharyn was friends with Catherine Perez the former VP of Purchasing and at the time was the highest ranking woman at NISSAN.  Catherine is the person who told her about the taxpayer funded scam/issues).  Later Sharyn learned that Catherine was known in the early 2000's as a former mistress of Carlos Ghosn the NISSAN & Renault CEO.

In the spring of 2009 NISSAN corporate security identified Bovat a “threat” to the company & they communicated to multiple offices
that Sharyn Bovat was deemed the 2^nd highest risk.

Still a NISSAN board member communicated with Sharyn until February of 2010. Why?

In the winter of 2009 on the executive floor at NISSAN Sharyn learned that ex CIA were used in reference to corporate security. Oddly some at NISSAN knew that she used to do research for CIA operatives in the Iran Contra era.

Maybe it's because the Chairman of NISSAN who was in charge of South America for Michelin in 1985 helped France do deals with Iran. Carlos Ghosn is cozy with Arms dealers that do deals with Iran.   Maybe “this” is WHY Corp. Security identified Sharyn Bovat the relocation consultant as the 2^nd biggest security “risk.”

Renault the parent of NISSAN builds cars and sells cars in Iran. Why did America give a foreign company that deals with IRAN  a DOE loan? 
(NISSAN somewhat DIRECTLY deals with IRAN...Renault is their parent (alliance partner) and they would NOT be building cars TODAY in Iran "if" they did not have the profits from NISSAN.  Parts and technology are shared with IRAN.   NISSAN is about 6 BILLION in debt from various American sources.   over 4 Billion  in IDB bonds in Tennessee alone)

Why did America use the Treasury bank?

What the Heck was the DOE thinking when they gave a foreign company over 1 billion dollars for a project that was being built with technology from the 90's?

Sharyn spoke up and NISSAN had her jailed 3 times.... They hired a guy named Joe Baugh to baby sit the DA's office.

The car that Bovat has blogged about for OVER 2 years that was "built to fail" with American tax dollars is FAILING....

Jobs that NISSAN promised will not happen.
