Thank you for being so nice on the phone. Sorry to have interrupted you I was just returning my friend's call.  Mr. Gingrich was "ranting" about the DOE in an articulate way and I thought it would be fun to let Mark listen had Mr. Gingrich not been speaking I would have enjoyed chatting.  Maybe we can meet for coffee?
