NISSAN Ya'll Have NOT Made Any Attempt to Mediate..... WHY?

I was told in the summer of 2009 by Andrew Tavi that I should have a lawyer contact Nissan.
Looks like YOUR not capable of dealing with issues without a middle man. So I will file a malicious prosecution case.  What YOU did to me was wrong.... on so many levels.  

You've slandered me for YEARS saying that all I wanted was to sue you.... Yet it's your bullying that's making me sue. NISSAN has "ripped off" the American taxpayers and I tried to stop it.

Had I known when I whistleblew that I would have been jailed 3 times, slandered, harassed, followed, death threats and that the Franklin police would ignore the abuse I might have "thought twice" about trying to save the American taxpayers over 1 billion dollars and I would have thought twice about fighting PROVEN discrimination.  Instead I took on the Good Ole Boys at NISSAN and in Tennessee "head on" and boys people at NISSAN say I've got bigger balls than anyone on your executive floor.

It's time for the American taxpayers and Sharyn Bovat to get RESPECT.
